Courageous Sioux Lands Handicap Form in Winning Fashion

As a new addition to our string earlier this year, we were delighted to see Courageous Sioux secure back-to-back victories with a comfortable half-length success on her handicap debut at Southwell on Tuesday (22nd September).

Racing over the straight five furlongs, this marked her first appearance on an all-weather surface, so it was particularly pleasing to see her handle the conditions so well. She travelled with confidence throughout and, once asked to quicken inside the final furlong, showed a sharp turn of foot to storm home strongly.

With her mind firmly on the task in hand, she delivered a particularly confident performance through the closing stages, demonstrating not only her natural speed but also the progress she has continued to make at home. Her education has remained at the forefront of her development, and it was fantastic to see that work translate into another winning performance on the track.

Congratulations to Jeremy and Jason Young, who celebrate a second victory with Courageous Sioux this season. We look forward to seeing what comes next for this exciting filly.
