It was a pleasure to see Arabian Sun return to winning form on Monday (16th June), as he cruised to a comfortable two-length victory in the 6f Handicap at Windsor.
In a competitive field of 14, the three-year-old was quick to spring into action, holding plenty of pace running down the middle of the track. Hot on the heels of the front runner, a patient ride from Saffie Osbourn saw the pair make their move with two furlongs from home. Responding well when asked, he pulled clear inside the final half furlong and won by a notable margin.
This was a highly encouraging performance and a great result for his connections. We’re thrilled to see him back in the winner’s enclosure for his owner, Sheikh Sultan.
