An Impressive Winning Hattrick for Artic Tsar
Following on from an impressive four and a half-length victory two weeks ago, and back-to-back successes, we were thrilled to see Arctic Tsar land another winning performance on the all-weather at Kempton on Wednesday (14th October).
With Rossa Ryan in the saddle, the pair broke well and were quick to set about a strong pace as early leaders. Travelling well it was a smooth and confident run into the final two furlongs before he had to battle for the line but fought on bravely when asked to challenge and won by a nose. Stepping up to a mile for the first time meant he had to stay on with this additional furlong to conquer, but we were so pleased to see him handle new conditions so resiliently.
His bid for a hattrick was duly rewarded and he continues to showcase himself as a talented newcomer who we have been very impressed with so far this season. He presents a highly professional attitude to his racing, which is always such a delight to witness from any juvenile, and his progressive form suggests there is much more to come as he heads towards his three-year-old campaign.
Congratulations to connections from Valmont for this victory, and another smart performance from this talented colt.
