A Windsor Handicap Victory for Redorange

We were delighted to welcome Redorange back to winning ways on Monday (18^th May), as he rose to victory in the Fitzdares Sprint Series Handicap at Windsor over five furlongs.

After running in a competitive handicap four days prior at York, where he finished in eighth place and was only beaten four and a half lengths in a field of 21, he came into this race with much more authority - made all the more apparent as he stole the lead in closing stages. Always looking like he had plenty in the tank, Rossa Ryan did an excellent job to keep momentum building and as soon as a gap became available the pair sailed through to win by a length and three quarters.

This sprint qualifier success was a fantastic result for this owner, Sheikh Sultan, and puts him in good stead for future entries, with plenty of opportunities to consider over the coming weeks.
